Event description:

3 days of immersion in yoga practice, observing the practice of asanas from a philosophical point of view and applicable to practical life.

These three workshops are  are based on the traditional practice of hatha yoga and focus on three very important aspects of the physical practice (Asana and Pranayama) and the connection it has with the mental and emotional aspects of the human being.

Flexibility, stability and strength.

Flexibility 

We will work on the backbends mainly,

Covering all the areas of the body necessary to achieve that goal, shoulders, upper back, middle back and lower back.

In this class we also stretches every part of the body, we will work on intense stretching of the hamstrings and lateral part of the body also twisting of the spine.

Stability 

We will work in postures (asanas) to develop the physical and mental balance.

Using the knowledge of Marma science (points in the body that can be used to heal and activate energy) Marma are very important in the work of yoga asanas, and we will learn how to use them to deep into the practice. 

Strength 

It will focus on all the different parts of the body that the practice of asanas helps to strengthen and the relation it has with  our mind and emotions.

Focus on arm-balance, legs and core strength.

My 3 workshops can be called as a ( Backbends, Arm Balance  and Stability) 

We will deepen the alignment and self-adjustment in each asana.

Each workshop finish with pranayamas and meditation  and some philosophical aspects of yoga.
